Community Health Centres
Local health centres that connect the participants we refer to primary care, including people who do not have a family doctor.
Toronto District School Board
Our school board partner for programs that support students and families in the communities we serve.
Non-Profit and Settlement Organizations
Community agencies across the Greater Toronto Area that provide shelter, housing, interpretation, and other essential supports.
