About Multi-Care
Multi-Care Community Services is a non-profit organization serving the Greater Toronto Area. We help individuals and families navigate government, healthcare, and settlement systems so they can find a family doctor, secure stable housing, access interpretation, and build a path to education and employment.

Services & Programs
System Navigation & Referrals
Coordinated referrals to family doctors, community health centres, shelter and housing supports, and interpretation services
Follow-up with each participant to confirm that every connection is made
Progress monitoring that helps us spot emerging risks early and respond quickly
Settlement, Language & Employment
ESL classes, translation, and interpretation so that language is never a barrier to care or services
Resume help, interview preparation, and job search support
Financial literacy, tax filing help, and life skills workshops for newcomers
Ongoing Career Support & Retention
Mentorship and peer support for community members entering new roles
Workplace rights education and systemic advocacy support
Upskilling opportunities and life-skills workshops to achieve long-term stability

Our History
Multi-Care Community Services was founded in 2010 as a community-based non-profit organization in Ontario, dedicated to addressing systemic inequalities and the Social Determinants of Health.

We work with federal, provincial, and municipal governments, including the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, to connect participants with the care and supports they need.
Health, education, and community
We work with community health centres, the Toronto District School Board, and non-profit and settlement organizations across the Greater Toronto Area so that no one falls through the gaps between systems.
