    • Follow-Up & Progress Monitoring:
      Targeted follow-ups after every referral, with progress tracked against program benchmarks so that emerging risks are identified early.

    • Free ESL Classes: Accessible English language classes tailored to help you build everyday communication skills and feel confident in your daily life.

    • Translation Support: Vital document translation and interpretation services to ensure language barriers never stop you from getting the help you deserve.

    • Finding Essential Care: Hands on support navigating the provincial system to connect you and your family with local family physicians and healthcare clinics.

    • Professional Referrals: Direct assistance getting in touch with trusted legal aid professionals and local school boards.

    • Resume Assistance: One on one coaching to help you build, format, and polish a professional resume that stands out to local employers.

    • Job Search Support: Practical guidance to help you find open positions, navigate the local job market, and submit successful applications.

    • Interview Preparation: Helpful practice sessions and tips to build your confidence so you can ace your job interviews.

    • Economic Security: Dedicated support aimed at helping you secure stable employment so you can successfully provide for your family.

    • Financial Literacy & Banking: Step by step guidance on how to choose a financial institution, set up a personal bank account, and safely manage your money.

    • Tax Filing Assistance: Practical support to help you understand the Canadian tax system, organize your documents, and successfully file your annual returns.

    • Public Transit Orientation: Hands on learning to help you understand local transit routes, schedule systems, and how to confidently ride the bus to get around the city.

    • Daily Living Support: Essential life-skills training to help newcomers adapt quickly, build independence, and comfortably manage day to day life in Ontario.

    • Neighbourhood Risk Awareness:
      We track housing instability in neighbourhoods facing gentrification, including Parkdale and Regent Park.

    • Responsive Program Design:
      We adjust our programs to protect participants who are at risk of displacement.

    • Housing & Shelter Connections:
      Referrals to shelter and housing supports through our government and community partners.

    • Navigating Local Systems:
      Public information sessions that explain how to access vital community resources, find local family doctors, and register children for schools.

    • Socio-Economic Workshops:
      Educational workshops designed to help you understand your rights, navigate systemic barriers, and access available public assistance programs.

      Direct connections to local services and professional networks that help you establish a strong foundation in the community.
