MCS

Founded in early 2021, Multicare Community Services is a community-based nonprofit organization in Ontario dedicated to supporting low-income and newcomer women. We help women access education, training, and guidance to become qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Our goal is to remove barriers, create opportunities, and empower women to build stable, meaningful careers in the healthcare sector.

A province where every newcomer woman who wants to become a Personal Support Worker has the support, education, and opportunities to succeed.

Our Mission

To guide, train, and connect newcomer women with PSW education, resources, and employment opportunities—while strengthening families, communities, and Ontario’s healthcare system.
