Multi-Care Community Services is a community-based non-profit organization founded in 2010. We connect community members across the Greater Toronto Area to housing, primary care, interpretation, education, and employment.
Health is shaped by more than medical care, so we address these needs together, alongside governments, community health centres, non-profit organizations, and the Toronto District School Board.

Our History
Multi-Care Community Services was founded in 2010 as a community-based non-profit organization in Ontario, dedicated to addressing systemic inequalities and the Social Determinants of Health.
